Fergal Sandison is majoring in screenwriting and minoring in editing. As a filmmaker, the area that Fergal finds themselves drawn toward is that of genre works such as science fiction and horror. Work within this area has been a constant inspiration during their time in IADT, having written and directed horror and science fiction shorts as well as recently writing a feature-length horror screenplay. Throughout their time in college, they have also gained experience as an assistant director and as a script supervisor.
Out of Print is a Supernatural Horror with comedic elements set in the out of season coastal town of Tramore. It follows a teen called Heather who accidentally causes the death of her over-protective mother. She finds that her relationship with her father Sean is shattered. While exploring her new found freedom Heather finds herself wrapped up in a series of bizarre deaths.
