Emma Raftery 

BA [Hons] Animation

Emma is a Dublin-based animation storyteller. Her favourite areas of the animation process are designing backgrounds and characters, and animating itself. She tends to create things bright, bubbly, and colourful, and loves to focus on more natural and organic settings and including animal characters in her work!

Project Description

While my main areas of interest are backgrounds and character design, I decided to spend the year making my own film, "Maybe", to get experience in every area of the animation pipeline. I was a little too ambitious and, unfortunately, couldn't complete my film. However, the experience I gained from this lesson is invaluable and that's what matters most to me.
