This project aims to open a conversation about migration issues by providing a counterpoint to an anti-immigration rhetoric that can be found throughout global politics and media. United Citizens acts as a tool to protest for those who wish to show their support for global migration. The organisation offers international citizenship as a gesture of support and solidarity for migrants and refugees while highlighting the benefits of open borders as an alternative solution.

A large issue that makes people reluctant to adopt the idea of open borders is national identity. As a solution, it offers international citizenship and asks people to put equality before nationality. This project consists of three sections. The first being the visual identity for the organisation, which includes international ephemera such as flags and passports. The second is a promotional campaign that aims to raise awareness of continuing border closures and dividing walls. Lastly, there are two information points which include an information book and website. My areas of interest include Typography, Motion Design, Visual Identity Design, and Branding
