I am a student software developer in my final year of Creative Computing in IADT. I came to IADT as a mature student after studying Industrial and Environmental Physics in D.I.T. I enjoy building and working with web applications and analyzing data.

Viewing statistical data about property with adaptable data tables and charts. This allows you to visibly compare the prices of different properties spatially.
This web application allows you to view the property market using a clear layout and easy to use UI. This is an example of the spatial distribution of houses sold in Ireland.

What exactly was the project?

The project is a functioning web application that allows users to view the price of property sold in Dublin. The app contains a map of Dublin categorised by postal code allowing users to filter on different housing related variables and compare the prices across different areas.
