Muirinn Ní Chárthaigh
Muirinn's two graduate projects as producer include Chirper, written and directed by Daisy Tuomey, and Hobnobs, written and directed by Natalia Czer.
Both films explore human connection and the emotional journeys we take through life, offering Muirinn valuable experience in bringing distinct, compelling stories to the screen.

When her daughter Chloe emigrates to Australia, Aislin quietly begins to unravel. Having spent her adult life as a mother, after having Chloe young, she now faces a quiet, aching void. As her days lose structure and meaning, Aislin must find the strength to step beyond routine, and slowly rediscover who she is without someone to care for.
Hobnobs is a contemplative short film, that follows Andy, an introverted older man living in the countryside with his beloved cat, Bonny. Deeply connected to nature, animals, and the quiet rhythms of rural life, Andy’s world is intimate and still. But as he begins to seek companionship beyond the solitude of his cottage, he slowly finds himself drifting from the very things that once gave him a sense of peace and belonging, with quietly devastating consequences.
