Once something has been uploaded onto the Internet, it’s online forever. Our digital footprint outlives us. The Internet is a graveyard. But like us, tech has a lifespan. If not backed up, updated or restored correctly, our digital presence dies out. I interpreted the term 'planned obsolescence' in the context of both human and computer lives, and drew parallels between this cycle of life and the ocean's tides.
In **I'm not dead yet**, I observe the influence the Internet has on our understanding of grief. Within a pile of discarded machines, I display a combination of 2D animation techniques mixed with video to portray how the digital age has influenced our interpretation of death, grief and healing.
