Amy McFarland is a Dublin-based film editor and data wrangler who has a passion for cinema in all its forms. Her work includes documentaries, short films and music videos.

Notable work includes the award-winning short documentary Baby Blues (2024) and her final project at the National Film School, the short narrative film Florence (2024).

Florence - Graduate Short Film

Florence is a character driven thriller set in a sinister and unconventional fictional world.

Florence works at the Echo Grief Relief Centre, where actors are hired to recreate memories for clients in order to remedy their regrets.

When Florence meets Angel, a young girl auditioning to be an actor at the centre, her anxieties surrounding her recent pregnancy intensify.
