I was born in Latvia, raised in London, and have studied here in Dublin for four years at IADT for my bachelor's degree in creative music production. I love all kinds of music, and because of this, I have learned several instruments and took a professional interest in the production of sound and music. I've always loved the details in sound, listening to unique artists and gigs, and learning the many nuances of music. Especially the heavy and extreme genres on which I was raised.

This project explores the different forms of audio the population uses for sleep as well as the averages and common factors between them. The project included two forms of data collection. The first being an online survey to calculate the averages and sleep habits of all that responded, and the other form being interview discussions with 4 different participants, each discussing the sleep aid they use if any at all. These participants also trial the audio artefacts I have personally produced for them and provide further insight into why these specific sleep aids are effective for their sleep.
