In today's world where image and media play a huge role in everyone's life, it isn't hard to fall into the relentless pressure to "look better". Being extremely preoccupied with a perceived flaw in appearance that to others can't be seen or appears minor, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), has overtaken the minds of every age group, gender, and body type. It is inescapable. The toxic thoughts of 'perfection' has driven us to intense diets, workouts, steroids, surgical procedures.. in order to create the 'ideal perfect body', only ever giving an end result of unhappiness.
