Conversational UX design

Conversational design, a process of creating a conversational interface like a virtual personal assistant (VPA), poses challenges for user experience (UX) designers, who strive to make the users’ experience as good as possible and ensure that their motivation and satisfaction with using the given technology is high.
This research project tries to answer some questions regarding user motivation and satisfaction. The main question is: what is the employees’ attitude to new technologies? What solutions should be taken into consideration in conversational UX design that may affect the motivation or satisfaction of employees using unified communication (UC) software? How to provide employees with better communication and collaboration tools when they work remotely? And furthermore, how to meet employee communication and collaboration needs in the digital workspace? The project focuses on researching the impact of VPAs on the motivation, satisfaction, communication, and collaboration of remote employees who use UC software in their daily remote work.

Research design includes collecting, analysing, and interpreting data collected in research studies. After identifying the research problem, various research methods were implemented in order to answer the research questions and test the hypotheses. The mixed-method design was used to obtain complete contextual information. Quantitative and qualitative research methods were used at various stages of project development. o explore the design ideas, the conversational design process was implemented.
