Hi I'm Emily! I enjoy photography, illustration and branding. I tend to bring some fun into the projects I work on with the help of colour as I am fascinated by its endless possibilities. Black Lives Matter and Data: A Double-Edged Sword of Justice
Discussing the census as one of the biggest devices of data collection in the world, its place in history of racial inequality, and focusing my studies on the United States of America as it is the main location of major systemic racism. The particular data set I discussed is that of ethnicity data, as the exploration of this data can show the racial inequality within countries, organisations and individuals.
