Jakub Bajerski, a camera operator with roots in Co. Clare and mountainous Southern Poland, with a great passion for cameras and visual technologies. He has worked as a shooter and as camera assistant on behalf of companies such as Viacom, Science Channel and RAI TV. He is looking to further expand working in commercials, broadcast and as an AC in narrative productions.
Jakub completed his major in Cinematography, fresh out of the pandemic, with newly rediscovered freedoms of being able to shoot with a full crew of people. "Redwood", the main project shot by Jakub over the course of a week amidst three separate amber weather warnings, tells the story of two brothers failed by the system and a lonely elderly man stuck in a home come to learn that connections are formed in the most unlikely of places.
