When I joined the MSc in UX Design programme, my main goal was to use my 13+ years of graphic design experience in a UX career. Through my UX projects, I brought my marketing and advertising skills to develop a solid visual identity. I conducted user research through interviews, questionnaires, focus group, card sorting and more to keep the user at the centre of my UX solution. I've had experience dealing with real users and resolving genuine user problems. My final project uses augmented reality to enhance travellers' experiences at an airport and testing revealed that the app reduced the time it takes to navigate through the airport by 49%.
This is my major research project for the MSc in UX Design programme and this research study is focusing on the effectiveness of Augmented Reality Wayfinding on Passenger Experience to Measure Positive Affect in an Airport Environment.
