BA [Hons] 3D Design Modelmaking + Digital Art

Hi! My name is Jennifer and I am 3D modelmaker. My interests include , miniature modelmaking and sculpting. Appart from modelmaking, I also love stained-glass work and making large and small stained glass pieces. I love trying new things and working with my hand and would like to progress and push my skills further. I'd love to work in film making sets and props.

Project Description

My project is a museum piece. I decided to do three models of the the Rainbow Leaf Beetle which is found in certain parts of Wales and is becoming extinct. These models are twenty times larger in scale compared to their real life size. They are encased in an acrylic dome for protection with four acrylic information cards, secured to the base. There is also four round spacers between the information cards with an image of the beetle that shows its real scale.
