Project Description

Intelligent Instrument Interface is a peer-to-peer video calling application with an integrated AI model capable of detecting guitar chords. The application runs entirely in the browser. It was created as a way for both beginner musicians and professional music instructors to conduct music lessons online. It eliminates the need for travel and booking a rehearsal space, allowing users to take part in music lessons from the comfort of their own home. The AI model is used to assist in teaching, detecting the chord that the instructor plays and displaying them to give a visual aid for the student.

Thesis

My thesis covers in detail, the research and development process that led to the completion of the application. It covers the different technologies used, how they work, and how they are used together to create the necessary components to build the application.
