My name is Adam Doyle, I have been gaming my whole life. It all started with sitting on my dads lap watching him play age of empires one as a child and I have grown a strong passion for the art of gaming. I aspire to create games that inspire lasting memorys and passion that I was lucky enough to find myself.
My project is an unreal engine 5 playable level of a Mayan frogman cyclops that is in a thematic boss room that I designed, modeled and textured digitally. These assets where first made in 3ds Max, then sculpted in Zbrush, the textures where then baked in Substance Painter. Finally everything was brought into unreal engine 5 and I polished everything up with the lighting and blueprints. I wanted the project to be high fantasy but also wanted to to have a thematic basis in reality from a distinct culture in time. The Mayan sacrifice chamber seemed like a cool idea as their architecture and clothing are quite recognizable.
